We always schedule our shifts a year in advance, covering a weekday shift from Monday at 16:00 to Friday at 08:00 and a weekend shift from Friday at 16:00 to Monday at 08:00; this means one person handles the weekday shift and another handles the weekend shift, with a group of 12 people rotating through these duties.
so it would be nice to have a more advanced shift functionality to plan for example a complete year.
