Add monitoring support for Signal, WhatsApp, Email2SMS services and more

I would like to have comprehensive monitoring of SMSEagle device service states (like Signal, WhatsApp, Email2SMS, etc.) using SNMP and API. Sometimes an error occurs, and it's good to be able to take problem-solving steps immediately after finding the problem. I am currently monitoring the SMSEagle unit using Zabbix, but it lacks some important information. It would be nice to have more comprehensive monitoring options (important values and statuses) through SNMP and APIv2.

Today’s v6.30 release delivers partial coverage of the task to add monitoring support for Signal, WhatsApp, Email2SMS and other services. The update introduces APIv2 endpoints for retrieving service statuses (SNMP, Data Connection, SMPP, MQTT), although Signal and WhatsApp are not included in this scope.
