Save network monitoring SMS when downtime happens during

Suggesting a new feature :
If a host is down during the window where alarm is off (example : during the night because you don't want IT to receive SMS between 00 to 06), save the alarm, and triggers it when alarm is active again (if the host is still down or in every case, let us choose)
Currently, if something is down, no SMS is sent because alarm is off during the night but you never receive any SMS to alert you even if host remains down

In our case, it is not sufficient
We don't have people working during night shift there, so there's no one to receive it. It would just be cool if people doing day shift would receive it as soon as their shift starts
