Whatsapp regulary makes changes to its access/interface - requiring a update or patch on the SMS Eagle side. Please setup a notify list where users can register, where you proactively inform your customers about such changes as soon as you detect them and when you have a patch ready. Situation today is, that users have to find out (usually due to non working Whatsapp-Messages) that something has changes. Then User has to contact Support team, and then receives the message on which patch to install to re-avtivate the Whatsapp service connection...
