Enable LDAP contacts for Email To SMS Poller

For now only contacts created locally on device can receive messages from Email To SMS Poller, but as it is not practical, to manually create and delete contacts, when they change, it would be logical to be able to use LDAP contacts for Email To SMS poller as well. It could be the same principle as for Email to SMS plugin, where in settings, you can choose to use LDAP contacts or not.

implement this feature for all items using phonebook / contacts (like sms forward etc)
A possibility would be to allow group memberships to be automatically populated by using the LDAP group memberships. This way, there would not be a need anymore to manually update the phonebook.. Scheduled Interim-updates proces at regular intervals the group memberships to keep everything up2date.
