There are several scenarios, when you want to be notified only in case two monitoring tasks notice outage. One of them may be when both IP addresses of particular service aren't pingable, in a network load balancing scenario when TCP check doesn't work for both nodes of the NLB .... It would be nice to have such logical AND as part of the Network Monitor so that (simplified) if at least one is up, we don't need to be notified.
