Send as Unicode default setting

Reinis Prockans

It would ease up SMS sending a lot if we could choose to turn on or off "Send as Unicode" as a default option. Now it have to be checked in always when sending messages. You pit in effort in the text to make it grammatically correct and possibly write SMS containing some data which is important, and just by forgetting to check in Unicode, message can loose all of it's meaning, plus it becomes grammatically incorrect and looks unprofessional (this applies for languages with utf-8 chars). I believe that a lot of countries where utf-8 characters are used would benefit from this.
