The current date/time format YYYYmmDDHHMMSS does not support timezones and does not allow unique time during DST switch. For instance, in Germany "20201025023000" could be either 2:30 MEST (i.e. +0200) or 2:30 MET (i.e. +0100).

Switching the whole device to UTC is not really ideal.

Thus, the date format should allow to add the timezone offset, at least optional, aka "YYYYmmDDHHMMSS+zzzz".
