We would like to have the possibility to integrate the SMS eagle into our continuous integration setup, at a low cost. For this, we would like to have different test cases send XML/JSON requests to the SMSEagle, and have the SMSEagle respond accordingly, but not actually sending the SMS.

This enables to us to develop and also constantly test our code, without any cost of sending the actual SMS.

It could be achieved by for example:
- being able to put the SMSEagle in a test mode
- setting an additional flag in the request indicating it is a test message
- ... ?
