Option to disable network monitor task on interface down

To prevent notification floods, I would like for only one of our network monitor tasks to be active if the device interface is down.

We are pleased to inform that this feature has been implemented in software version 3.4. You can define a parent task in Task settings. All child tasks will not be checked once parent task fails.
