In the current version, it is not possible that an admin reset the password of a user.
An URL for reset can be send to the user as SMS but when the handys are not connected to the internet or don't have access to the enterprise network, it doesn't work.
It would be easier when the admin could change the password over the gui (for the emergency fall) and when the URL could be send to an email adress
