Hi Team,
We are looking for a solution that will allow any user to manage on-call members. Currently, only the phonebook owner has permission to change group members. Therefore, we require a technical account for each on-call group in order to change the active member for the current week. For compliance purposes, it would be better if we had shared phonebooks where the group could be edited by authorised users.
