At the moment it's possible to remove a member from a Group via the Group UI page, but it's not possible to add an existing contact into a Group from this same page. This turns a simple swap of members in a group into more work than it should need to be as you need to first go to the group page to see which members are in the group, remove who you want and then go to the Contact page and hunt through the contact list to add the Contacts into the group and then return to the Group page to ensure you have the expected members you want in the Group.
