Feature request incoming mail forward to mail adres in day shift

Greetings,
the possibility to forward an incoming mail to a phonebook user on day shift with only an email address.
in detail:
normaly the shift is split into 2 sections, daytime from 8:00 til 16:00 the incoming mail should be forwarded to an email address ( i created an phonebook user wit only an email address and no phonenumber )
and the shift from 16:00 til de next morning 8:00 is should be forwarded to the sms person on duty.

Hello Adrian. This is already possible in current software.
Define Shifts:
08:00–16:00 → Morning
16:00–08:00 → Off-hours

Define Contacts:
Email Notification (email only) → Add to Morning shift
On-Duty (with phone number) → Add to Off-hours shift

Create Workflow:
Trigger: Email
Action 1: Email to contact Email Notification
Action 2: SMS to contact On-Duty
This should work as you described
