"Call failed" - Function for Retry Call

The Call Function, text to Speech or Ring only is a very useful feature.

BUT, is the Participant not reachable, is in a Call or poor Signal and so on, the Call Fails.

An option or function for retries and at what time interval it should be attempted would be great.

Thank you for the suggestion. This feature has already been implemented in software version 6.0. Failed call is retried by default 2 times if the call queue. If you need more details or help with the feature, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via a support ticket.
