Shift Function changes

The shift function currently only addresses shifts that run on a weekly cycle. If this could be modified to support broader calendar references. Example: On call shift for week 1 goes to person A, on call shift for week 2 to person B, etc.
Migrated from the SMSEagle UserReport forum (2022-09-20). Legacy status: Being considered.
And then not only for weeks but split into days and working hours.
