Voice synthesis - API to voice call

I believe it is an obvious neccessary step in the evolution of this product. Some basic voice synthesis, just english language. Use API to prepare the message and "eagle" should dial the phone number and use "robotic voice" to read the message.

We've been using SMSEagle for many years but are now looking into implementing some "alerts to voice calls" solution. Using the same device for this task would be excellent.
