Purge (and archive) old SMS

Fablan

After a 6 Months period (admin setting) delete old SMS sent or received from database.
Maybe offert archive function to extract concerned SMS, before deletion, as text or compressed files..

Hi Fabian,
Thanks for your idea. In fact there is already a similar feature available in SMSEagle. You can setup a cron job with a ready-to-use deleting script. Please refer to user's manual, chapter "Database cleaning scripts".

Thank's I already use this feature but through GUI should ne radier to configure i think.
Having an archive functionality may be great too..

A GUI to control this would be much appreciated.

For such a GUI, I believe it would be beneficial to be able to set different retention periods per folder, with an option to never purge unread messages.
