The problem with adding contacts on API

API: http://url-of-smseagle/index.php/http_api/contact_create?login=john&pass=doe&contactname=johndoe&number=12345678&public=1

It is added to the contact, but as a public parameter change "public = 0" or delete it also adds information as a public

Hello. I am happy to inform you that the reported issue with public parameter has been fixed in SMSEagle software version 3.1
