E911 on Verizon network

If during a device activation on the Verizon network, the Verizon rep claims that the device has no E911 support, the most likely the device was not registered by us in Verizon.

In order to solve this, please create a support ticket, including the device MAC address and IMEI (you can find it in webGUI > menu Settings > Sysinfo).
